Montville in Style: Travel in style towards the Blackall Range on a journey bound for Montville known as the creative heart of the Sunshine Coast. From the balcony of settlers rise winery enjoy the spectacular view while sampling some superb wines or chilled spring water. A short walk with an experienced guide through the beautiful sub tropical rainforest reveals the secrets of Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve as you view the unique formations of the Glasshouse Mountains.
Attractions Tour: A bus will collect you from Hotel Laguna and take you to some of the attractions of the Sunshine Coast starting with a tour of the largest Ginger Factory in the world that supplies more of the worlds ginger than any other. Taste, smell and indulge in your favorite treats or just wander around the Doll's Cottage, Herb Garden or Macadamia Kitchen. From here we move on to the famous Big Pineapple, where you can ride the plantation train tour see pineapples, macadamia nuts, avocados and mangoes growing, visit the rainforest creatures and indulge yourself in a famous tropical fruit parfait. Then your choice of either Australia Zoo home of TV crocodile hunter Steve Irwin or Underwater World.
Fraser Island Day Tour: Choose either the value for money bus trip up to Fraser Island or the more exclusive 4WD adventure to Fraser Island. Either one of these vehicles will pick you up from your accommodation and take you along the beach highway of the Noosa North Shore to inskip point and across the ferry to Fraser Island. See one of the most pristine pieces of sand on earth. This is the largest Sand Island in the world and is one of Australia's national environmental treasures. If you take the more exclusive 4WD Adventure you will enjoy a superb lunch supplied by Sheraton Hotel in Noosa.
2 In 1 Safari: enjoy a relaxing journey by 4WD along the Noosa Northshore to the wreck of the Cherry Venture and then on to Double Island Point and the Coloured Sands. Then a wonderful rainforest drive with a barbecue lunch at Harry's Hut. Board the Cooloola Queen for an everglades cruise, slowly taking in the pristine waters of the Noosa River and Lake system, there will be a stop at the Kinaba Information Centre before arriving at the back of the Hotel to arrive back at your accommodation.
Valley Rattler Steam Train: a bus will pick you up at your accommodation and take you north to Gympie, where you will board the Valley Rattler Steam Train for a truly memorable trip, travelling through easily one of Queensland's most scenic railway lines. Meandering through the small towns of Dagun, Amamoor and Kandanga before arriving at Imbil. Enjoy a 2-course smorgasbord lunch before hopping aboard a mini coach and travel via Brooloo, through Bellbird Country to Kenilworth. Time spent wandering the main street will reveal the charm of this Queensland country town. Next on to Little Yabba Creek rainforest walk where you'll marvel at the gigantic Moreton Bay Fig Trees. Absorbing the picturesque scenery on your way back to Hotel Laguna.
